2. Appointments

• Appointments are held as "pending" until confirmed by our team.
• You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your appointment is confirmed.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows without prior notice forfeit the appointment with no refund.

3. Online Orders

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• We accept payment via MB Way, Multibanco, and Card (processed by Ifthenpay).
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on the carrier.
• Prices include VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate.

4. Returns

• You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (distance selling).
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
• Opened hygiene or personalized products are not eligible for return.

5. Liability

• Kutikulla Beauty Store is not liable for temporary website unavailability.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
• In case of dispute, the courts of Coimbra have jurisdiction.
